For all who attended the service of Cathleen. They would also like to thank the paramedic crew who attended Miss Donnelly and the nursing staff of The Royal Blackburn Hospital, particularly the staff of the Medical Assessment Ward for their kindness and support. Special thanks to Wolstenholme Funeral Service, in particular Valerie, for all her help and support and also Judith Talbot for her kind words and ministrations.
