JOHN EDWARD (JACK) REED The family of the late Jack would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy and donations received to Parkinson's UK. Special thanks to all staff on ward D3 at the Royal Blackburn Hospital for their love and care. Dr Marlborough for all the care he gave to Jack over many years and also his reception team. Russell and all the staff at Alty's, for their dignified arrangements and to Rev Kenneth Howles for his kind words and ministrations. God Bless you all.
