ANTONI (TONI) KATOWICZ Dorothy and Hilary wish to express their sincere thanks to relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, floral tributes, mass intentions and donations received at this very sad time. Thanks to Mr Haq, Sister Rooney(Chorley Hospital), Dr Charnley(Preston Hospital), Dr Jones and Dr Robinson, Heather, Adrienne and all the Staff at the Withnell Health Centre and District nurses. Our thanks go to Fr Peter Wilkinson for the beautiful Requiem Mass, Fr Makulski for the administration of the last rites to Toni and Fr Barratt for his comforting words. Thanks to Annette, John, Julian, Mr Eugene Jordan, Chairman of the Polish Veterans(SPK), members of the Preston SPK, and to Astley Bank for their excellent service. Our grateful thanks to Helen, a special young lady who was an invaluable help in enabling us to care for and keep Toni at home, and finally our appreciation to all who joined us at Toni’s last farewell.
