SIDNEY SHAWFORTH On Sunday, July 8, 2012, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, Sidney, aged 82 years. Beloved husband for 59 years of Joan, also a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. A service will be held at United Reformed Church, Kingsway, on Friday, July 13, 2012 at 1.30pm, prior to cremation at Pleasington Crematorium. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Sidney may be made to the R.S.P.C.A. c/o and further enquiries to Talbot Funeral Service, 341 Whalley New Road, Blackburn, BB1 9SR.
