ANTHONY (TONY) BUTLER The family of the late Tony Butler wish to thank all friends, relatives and work colleagues for their cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy, floral tributes and donations made for the East Lancashire Hospice. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff of Ward B14 and the Macmillan Team at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, Fr J Dugdale for his comforting prayers and ministrations, Jonathan and the staff at Waring McKenna Funerals for their arrangements and everyone who attended the funeral at Pleasington Cemetery.
