TRACEY HOLDEN Suddenly on 1st November 2017 at her home in Manchester, Tracey, aged 37 years, formerly of Blackburn. The dearly loved mum of Abigail, Jessica and Summer, much loved daughter of Karen and Tony and dear sister of Gavin. At rest in the Grimshaw Park Funeral Home. The Requiem Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Succour on Thursday 23rd November at 1pm will be followed by cremation at Pleasington.
