GEOFFREY SIDNEY ECCLES (GEOFF) On September 17th 2017 in Clitheroe Hospital. Geoff aged 82 years of Clitheroe and formerly of Blackburn. The dearly loved husband of Muriel and a much loved father. Reposing in 'Peacehaven' Chapel of Rest. Service and cremation will take place at Accrington Crematorium on Wednesday September 27th at 3p.m. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Geoff if so desired may be given for the Ribble Valley Heart Fund, c/o Miss L. Sign in to add a tributeI remember him well as my inspirational maths teacher at school, and I also worked with him at Blackburn College. I wish to send belated condolences to his wife Muriel who taught me at Blackburn College and with whom I also worked a few years later. I was Elaine Ratcliffe back then and have now lived here in Devon for the last 25 years.
