PHYLLIS LOMAX Peacefully on Saturday 14th January 2017, in hospital and of Springfield Cottage, Phyllis aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Tom. Loving mum of Bryan, Ann and Ian. Also a loving grandma and great grandma. Reposing in the Mill Hill Chapel of Rest, 9 New Wellington Street, Blackburn where flowers will be received.
