HARRY WALSH On Thursday 13th October 2016, peacefully in hospital, surrounded by his loving family, Harry aged 85 years Formerly of Springhill Care Home and Cornelian Street. Dearly loved husband of the late Margaret and a loving dad of Jane, Harry and Helen, devoted grandad and Gan Gan to Sara, Helen, Rosie, Margaret and Sam, also father in law to Mick and Simon. Harry will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Tuesday 25th October at 11.30am. Family flowers only please but donations may be made to either Alzheimer's Society or Cancer Research UK c/o Talbot Funeral Service 341 Whalley New Road, Blackburn BB1 9SR. Tel 01254 695995.

Sign in to add a tributeHarry Walsh influenced my life as a child growing up more than people know or I sometimes appriciated. The time he gave for my family and I will never be forgotten, I learnt so much and he asked for nothing - just time sitting, listening and putting the world to rights.
I hope your last days where peaceful ones old friend.
