NICOLA JAYNE PHELPS On Friday 23rd September 2016, at East Lancs Hospice, after a short illness and of Wilpshire, Jayne aged 53 years. The dearly loved wife and soulmate of Tim, a much loved mother of Josh and Joel, and a loving sister of Judith. Jayne will be sadly missed by her loving family and many friends. A Service will be held at St Peters Church, Salesbury on Monday 3rd October 2016 at 1.30pm prior to a private committal at Pleasington Crematorium. No flowers by family request.
