CHARLOTTE (CHERIE) PREST On Wednesday, 20th January, 2016, peacefully in Birchfield Care Home, surrounded by her family, Charlotte aged 86 years, formerly of Higher Bank Street, Blackburn. Much loved mother of John, Julie and the late James, treasured grandma of James, Jonathan, Louisa, Stephen and Rebecca, great grandma of Oliver, Thomas, Lucy, Esme and Thomas and a dear mother-in-law of Catherine and Carol. Charlotte will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Mincing Lane. The cortege will leave from her daughter’s home address on Monday, 1st February, for an 11.30 am service and committal at Pleasington Crematorium. Flowers will be received or, if preferred, donations may be made in memory of Charlotte to Dementia UK c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 10-14 Mincing Lane, Blackburn, BB2 2EB.
