STANLEY HOWARD On Tuesday November 24th 2015, peacefully at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, Stan aged 88 years. A dearly loved husband of June, loving father to Stephen and partner Susan, Andrew and wife Lynda, devoted grandad to Lucy, John, Robert and Katy, much loved brother of Joan and Joyce (Australia), a good friend to Barbara, a respected uncle and friend to many. Reposing in the Darwen Chapel of rest, Blackburn Road, Darwen. The funeral service will take place at St Aidans Church, Mill Hill, Blackburn on Thursday December 3rd at 11:00am followed by committal at Pleasington Crematorium. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Stan may be made to St Aidans PCC (cheques only please) c/o Darwen Funeral Services, 59-61, Blackburn Road, Darwen.
