DAVID FAIRHURST Passed away on 26th September 2015, aged 71 years. son of the late Dorrien and Annie, brother of Joyce, uncle of Andrew, Matthew and Alistair. Interment at St. Peter's Parish Church, Salesbury on Thursday 15th September at 1 p.m. followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Fulwood Free Methodist Church, Lightfoot Lane, Preston at 2 p.m. Family flowers only please.
