HEDLEY SHARPLES Peacefully, on Saturday 18th October 2014, at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Hedley aged 82 years. The dearly loved brother of Pearl, Elsie and Dylis, dear brother in law of Derek and Harry, a much loved uncle of Roger, Guy, Janet, and Gillian and also a great uncle. Hedley will be sadly missed by both his family and many friends. A church service will be held at St Marys Church, Mellor on Monday 27th October 2014 at 11:00am, prior to a cremation at Pleasington. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if desired donations may be made in memory of Hedley to Macmillan Cancer Support c/o The Alty Funeral Service.
