FRANK HOLMES On September 20, 2014, peacefully in hospital. Frank aged 89 years. A dear husband of Isobel also a much loved dad, father in law, grandad and great grandad. A service in St James’ Church, Over Darwen on Monday, September 29 at 1 p.m. will be followed by interment at Darwen Eastern Cemetery.
