PATRICK (PADDY) HIGGINS On Friday April 11, 2014 peacefully in R.B.H surrounded by his loving family, Paddy aged 83 years who was Fortified by the Rites of Holy Mother Church. The dearly loved husband of Carmel, the devoted father of Paul, Eamon and daughter in law Karen, loving grandad of Daniel and Louie, dear brother of Lily also a dearly loved uncle and friend who will be sadly missed by all. A requiem mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 23 at 12.00 noon in St Mary's RC Church, Oswaldtwistle, followed by interment in his home town Dublin Ireland. No flowers by family request, but donations in Paddy's memory will be gratefully received for the North West Air Ambulance, c/o Darwen Funeral Service, 59/61 Blackburn Rd, Darwen. BB3 1EJ.
