LONGRIDGE bid to make it two wins from two in the Moore and Smalley Palace Shield tomorrow as they face a second derby in as many weeks.
Ian Simpson’s men were impressive victors over Fulwood and Broughton last week with John Simpson’s 60 the mainstay of a 51-run win over their fancied rivals and they will aim for the same when they make the short trip to Guild Park to face Whittingham and Goosnargh.
Withnell Fold are also on the road as they bid to recover from the shock of being bowled out for just 70 on the opening day and they journey up the M6 to face Garstang.
Hoghton were big Division One winners when they beat White Coppice last week and they welcome Torrisholme to Smithy Brow with an eye on two from two, while Coppice look to bounce back at Croston.
Longridge seconds host Penwortham seconds and Eccleston are at home to Norcross.
Whittle-le-Woods entertain Wrea Green in Division Two.
