Ings out for visit of Leeds United

First published in Sport

TOP SCORER Danny Ings is sidelined for this afternoon's home game with Leeds United as a result of the ankle injury he sustained at Birmingham City in midweek.

The striker limped off in the second half at St Andrew's after being on the end of a heavy tackle.

Ings' absence means January signing Ashley Barnes makes his full Clarets debut today at Turf Moor, where Burnley are unbeaten in the Championship for more than a year.
