SUPERBIKES champ Carl Fogarty could star in his own reality-television series thanks to his success in the jungle.

The I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! winner told a national newspaper that his family have been offered their own The Osbournes-style show.

The Blackburn-born, four-times World Superbike Championship winner, who lives with his wife Michaela, 42, and their daughters Danielle, 23, and Claudia, 20, said he and his family want to talk through the offers they have received before deciding whether to take them up.

He said: “There is talk of us doing an Osbournes-type reality show like Sharon and Ozzy’s family. We have been approached but we need to discuss it. Our two daughters would need to be on board too.

“First we want Christmas off as a family. I will see what happens in the new year.”

The Osbournes was an American reality-television show featuring the domestic life of heavy-metal singer Ozzy Osbourne and his family.

The show received the highest ratings in MTV’s history and was popular in the UK.

In an interview with the Lancashire Telegraph following his rampant victory Down Under, Foggy said his phone had been going “mad” with offers. But he said he did not compete in the hit ITV show in order to progress his career.

He said: “It was a bit of a challenge for me. I did not expect to win it. I did win and things are going to come my way. My phone is going mad, my emails are going mad, my manager is going mad, saying ‘They want you to do this, they want you to do that’.

“It is just picking and choosing and saying ‘That sounds nice, I will do that’.”

Foggy has been linked to several appearances since winning I’m A Celebrity, including a role in a Hollywood movie — which he dismissed as rumour — and as co-presenter of a sports chats show with former footballer and camp mate Jimmy Bullard.

Foggy said: “We could not present a television show — it would be an absolute disaster.”
