BLACKBURN firm Aims Finance is seeking to recruit three new apprentices in business development and sales management.

The company, based on Trident Park, is looking for ‘enthusiastic, hardworking young people’ from the East Lancashire area to fill the three roles.

An official partner of Blackburn Rovers Football Club, Aims was founded in May 2010 and employs 25 staff, fourof their current staff are on the apprenticeship programme.

The company is looking to take on more permanent staff along with the three new apprentices under the programme devised with Nelson- based TrainingStation.

Aims Finance director Chris Ridehalgh said: “We are a young, thriving company which wants to employ the best local talent.

“We have worked closely with apprenticeship provider TrainingStation to produce a tailored contact centre apprenticeship programme which will allow the apprentices to learn about all areas of our business, leading them to specialise in different areas of insurance sales and business development.”
