Baby milk surprise in Blackburn Boots

SHOPPERS trying to stock up on baby milk were surprised to see a sign saying they could not purchase more than two tubs of formula at a time due to a ‘national milk shortage’.

The signs were on shelves in Boots in The Mall, Blackburn.

A spokeswoman from Boots said: “Our Blackburn store was following manufacturer’s guidelines after Danone asked for a restriction to be put on their infant milk.

“However, the restriction should have lasted from April to October. It must have been forgotten about.”

So the point of this story was? The standard and quality of the reports from the LET are getting pretty low. I've made better quality stories up for my GCSE English homework.
