A TRAINING group is urging businesses to join it in designing apprenticeship schemes.
Accrington-based North Lancs Training Group (NLTG) is hoping to welcome new businesses and invest in more young people.
The group wants businesses to take advantage of its apprenticeship schemes for tailored training and development of new and existing employees.
NLTG, which last year launched a bursary and free lunch offer for apprentices, says companies last year found the schemes helped recruit high calibre and committed team members.
Employers are invited to get in contact to discuss supporting schemes with NLTG.
